Reasonable price Vacuum Isolation Valve - Vacuum Insulated Shut-off Valve – Holy Detail:
Product Application
The product series of Vacuum Valve, Vacuum Pipe, Vacuum Hose and Phase Separator in HL Cryogenic Equipment Company, which passed through a series of extremely strict technical treatments, are used for transferring of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquid hydrogen, liquid helium, LEG and LNG, and these products are serviced for cryogenic equipment (e.g. cryogenic tanks, dewars and coldboxes etc.) in industries of air separation, gases, aviation, electronics, superconductor, chips, pharmacy, biobank, food & beverage, automation assembly, chemical engineering, iron & steel, and scientific research etc.
Vacuum Insulated Shut-off Valve
The Vacuum Insulated Shut-off / Stop Valve, namely Vacuum Jacketed Shut-off Valve, is the most widely used for VI valve series in the VI Piping and VI Hose System. It is responsible for controlling the opening and closing of main and branch pipelines. Cooperate with other products of the VI valve series to achieve more functions.
In the vacuum jacketed piping system, the most cold loss is from the cryogenic valve on the pipeline. Because there is no vacuum insulation but conventional insulation, the cold loss capacity of a cryogenic valve is far more than that of a vacuum jacketed piping of dozens of meters. So there are often customers who chose the vacuum jacketed piping, but the cryogenic valves on both ends of the pipeline choose the conventional insulation, which still leads to huge cold losses.
The VI Shut-off Valve, simply speaking, is put a vacuum jacket on the cryogenic valve, and with its ingenious structure it achieves the minimum cold loss. In the manufacturing plant, VI Shut-off Valve and VI Pipe or Hose are prefabricated into one pipeline, and there is no need for installation and insulated treatment on site. For maintenance, the seal unit of VI Shut-off Valve can be replaced easily without damaging its vacuum chamber.
The VI Shut-off Valve has a variety of connectors and couplings to meet different situations. At the same time, the connector and coupling can be customized according to customer requirements.
HL accepts the cryogenic valve brand designated by customers, and then makes vacuum insulated valves by HL. Some brands and models of valves may not be able to be made into vacuum insulated valves.
